SIKA TOP SEAL®-107 25KG KIT is a two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating designed for protecting concrete and masonry surfaces against water ingress. It provides durable, rigid waterproofing for basements, tanks, walls, and structural concrete.
SIKA TOP SEAL®-107 25KG KIT is a high-performance, two-component cement-based waterproofing slurry consisting of a liquid polymer (Part A) and a cementitious powder blend (Part B). When mixed, it forms a brushable or trowel-applied coating that provides a dense, protective barrier against water penetration.
