Return, Refund and Exchange
sskwebstore.com allows you to return the product within 24Hrs after the delivery with the seal intact. The installed equipment can not be returned therefore, associated costs such as delivery also can not be refunded.
Return Eligibility:
- You may return a product within 24 hours of delivery, provided the seal is intact and the product is unused.
- Installed equipment is not eligible for return or refund.
- Any delivery or service charges associated with installed equipment are non-refundable.
Products cannot be returned for following categories:
- Uncovered electrical products
- Broken seals
- Used products
- Damaged products from customer end
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Electrical products without original seals or opened packaging
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
Condition for Accepted Returns:
Electrical products without original seals or opened packaging
- Products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and complete with all accessories/manuals.
- Packaging must be in resalable condition—returns with excessive wear or torn boxes will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
At present the right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of delivery.
