MONNELI Spatter Dash SB 50kg is a factory-prepared cement-based scratch coat (key coat) formulated to improve the bonding performance of plaster systems on smooth or low-absorption substrates. The product is used as an intermediate bonding layer between structural substrates such as concrete, blockwork, and precast panels, and subsequent cement or gypsum plaster layers. Once applied, it creates a rough textured surface that provides a strong mechanical key, significantly improving adhesion and reducing the risk of plaster debonding or cracking.
Spatter Dash SB is supplied as a dry, pre-blended material requiring only the addition of clean water on-site.
