SIKA MONOTOP®-612 25KG is a high-performance, fiber-reinforced cementitious repair mortar designed for structural and non-structural concrete repair. It provides excellent adhesion, high mechanical strength, and durable restoration of damaged concrete surfaces.
SIKA MONOTOP®-612 25KG is a one-component, cement-based, polymer-modified repair mortar designed for the rehabilitation and restoration of damaged concrete structures. It complies with EN 1504-3 Class R3, making it suitable for both structural and general concrete repair applications.
The product contains selected cement, silica fume, graded aggregates, and reinforcing fibers, which contribute to improved mechanical strength, reduced shrinkage, and enhanced durability. Once mixed with clean water, it forms a workable mortar suitable for vertical, overhead, and horizontal repair applications.
It is widely used in infrastructure repair works such as bridges, buildings, precast elements, columns, beams, and concrete surfaces affected by spalling, honeycombing, or deterioration. The material provides excellent bond strength to properly prepared substrates and does not typically require a separate bonding primer in standard applications.
Sika MonoTop®-612 is suitable for hand application as well as machine spray application depending on project requirements. Its performance may vary based on substrate condition, mixing ratio, and environmental conditions during application.
